The building service as a healthcare facility for veterans offering  primary care, mental health, radiology, blood draw, and a pharmacy. The building consists of a 38,000 square feet and is located off a regional roadway, Boulder Highway. Built along three similar facilities in the Las Vegas valley, the site was chosen to serve the growing veteran population.

Lochsa Engineering provided traffic planning services in the form of a traffic impact study of the adjacent roadways and intersections. This process required local government and state DOT approval due to the presence of a state maintained roadway adjacent to the site.
