The 271,000-square-foot care center is home to a variety of clinics that offer services to United States veterans. The design of the facility is unique in the fact that different departments and medical services are located in separate wings joined by a central, three-story atrium space.

Lochsa Engineering provided exterior and interior non-load bearing light gauge framing and connections for this project. The corresponding drawings were based on typical industry hand-stacked framing methods, and included references to wall sections and exterior elevations.
