This stand-alone structure is serviced by its own entrance, lobby, lounges, cafe, gym and spa, yet still offers easy access to all the offerings for which Mandalay Bay has become famous. Visitors arrive via a dedicated valet service located in a covered garage, through a beautifully proportioned lobby with rich finishes in a restrained palette of black, brown, and cream. The standard suite at THE hotel is the largest of any hotel in Las Vegas, offering 725 square feet of luxury accommodations. More deluxe accommodations are also available among the 1,118 suites at THE hotel, including the View Suites with stunning views at the ends of each glass-walled wing of the building. On the uppermost floors of the building, 28 premium suites ranging from 1,500 to 4,500 square feet are available for an even greater sense of space and pampering.

THE hotel is home to the Bathhouse, a 15,000 SF state of the art gym and spa complex.

The 485-foot tower was constructed in a record, one-floor-every three days pace. Utilizing two cranes and 1,200 workers, this new, trendy hotel was able to meet its grand opening in November 2003.
