This 217,000 square foot housing/retail project is 4 stories of residential housing over a 2-story post-tensioned concrete parking garage.  Lochsa Engineering provided full EOR services for this 6-story project. This project utilized the Ecospan Floor System with Fastwalls providing the prefabricated cold-formed steel bearing-wall panels for rapid site construction.
