The roof is constructed using steel deck over open web steel joists, with beams supported on exterior steel stud bearing walls and interior steel columns. The building entry features consist of a barrel vault entry which is constructed utilizing curved rectangular steel tube sections for the roof joists, supported on steel beams and columns.

The lateral system is a duel system, constructed using plywood shear walls over bearing light gauge steel studs and ordinary steel moment frames at the entry.
