Showcase Mall Phase IV is the latest expansion of the Showcase Mall on Las Vegas Blvd. This four-story plus basement retail building adds approximately 145,000 SF of retail space. Retailers include Target, Burlington and Olive Garden. Burlington’s approximately 64′ tall sign faces Las Vegas Blvd.

Lochsa was the Structural and Civil EOR for the building, including the supports for Burlington’s sign.
