The massive 362,000 SF Park Lane Apartment Complex is complete and open for occupancy in Reno, Nevada. Panelized construction was used for the majority of the building. Lochsa worked in collaboration with Neeser Construction on this project. Neeser was the EOR, and Lochsa was the specialty engineer for the entire building.
