Located on Dean Martin Drive at Harmon Avenue, the two 400-foot towers showcase an aqua and blue glass skin accented by EIFS bands with exterior patios which afford dramatic views of the Las Vegas Strip to the east and mountains to the west. Both of the 660,000 square foot towers features 616 units ranging from 700 to 4,500 square feet including four penthouse suites. The property also offers its residents the convenience of two five-level, 644-car parking structures and 16,000 square feet of retail area, integrated into the lower podium.
Structural design of the towers consisted of cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned floor plates supported on concrete columns. Concrete shear walls resist code prescribed wind and seismic forces. The parking structures utilized a combination of cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete construction. Civil design included the detailed grading around the project perimeter and pool deck, along with a dewatering system design for the parking garage. Infrastructure design included a combined fire/domestic water system, sewer laterals and abandonment of existing utility infrastructure left over from a previous development. Flood control design included the hydrologic modeling of the 2.50 square mile watershed, hydraulic design of storm drain, drop inlets and a 15’x4’ Bubbler system.
