This unique aviation 185’x 84’ hanger facility combines a conventional hanger space with office and storage areas. Lochsa Engineering provided structural engineering design for the pre-manufactured steel building foundation with concrete composite mezzanine deck. The floor structure consists of a concrete slab with steel pan decking over steel beams and a half height masonry wall, which confine the end of the mezzanine. The foundations and loading docks were constructed as typical spread and concrete footings and walls.
