Lochsa Engineering provided Cold Formed Steel Shop drawings and panelization services for this 87-room hotel. Lochsa worked with the Engineer of Record on the building to ensure the lateral and gravity forces were properly transferred down to the ground per the original design. Lochsa has been working with other Vendors such as Nucor, Ecospan, and RediCor to coordinate our framing to ensure everything arrives on site and can be erected before the harsh winter weather bears down on the site.
