Lochsa Engineering provided full EOR services for this 11-story hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The first 3 floors are post-tension concrete which support the upper 7 floors of light gauge load-bearing framing. The Ecospan, Lochsa, and Fastwalls teams came together to help keep this project on budget and on time. This project required a significant amount of panel work, and our ever-evolving team rose to the challenge.
