Lochsa Engineering provided the complete structural engineering services for this 38,000 SF mixed-use educational facility. This steel/masonry structure has high bay areas with three bridge cranes, intricate mezzanines and elaborate canopies. The structural system consists of masonry stem walls, steel moment frames and steel framed roofs and floors. The building caters to vo-tech training such as welding, mining, computers and electrical apprenticeship.
