Lochsa Engineering provided the civil and flood control design for the entire 30-acre Encore Hotel/Casino and the 140-acre Le Reve Golf Course in the heart of Las Vegas Strip.  The flood control design efforts included the hydrologic modeling of the entire site and the upstream watershed, hydraulic design for a 10.0 acre-ft, two-bay, multi-use onsite detention basin within the Golf Course, and design of more than 1.20 miles of onsite storm drain systems ranging from 12-inch through 54-inch RCP’s.
