This 16,000 square foot practice facility and front-office headquarters for the Chicago Bulls features state-of-the-art amenities for their NBA athletes and adds a pop of eye-catching architecture to the city of Chicago. Lochsa Engineering provided Interior and Exterior non-load bearing CFS Framing for the facility. Lochsa also provided Building Information Modeling (BIM) services using Autodesk Revit, which entailed the creation of a three dimensional structural model that coordinated with the base model.
