This multi-family apartment complex is currently under construction and going strong! This project is a great example of how fast the construction industry is able to go from a pre-coordinated BIM model, to a Howick machine and panel assembly, to site installation in less than 10 days. Each area (half of the building) has roughly 500 panels (bearing and non-bearing). Lochsa engineered the full structure from the concrete podium to the roof.
