Offsite Design Considerations

  • Reduced time and activity occurs as a result of the shortened construction schedule, naturally improving site safety and security.
  • Less on-site disturbance is not only a sustainable building practice, but also allows for greater site safety.
  • Building off-site brings greater “control” of many factors. 
  • Materials are manufactured in a controlled environment so there is less chance of material loss due to on-site damage or theft.
