Mr. Keller is responsible for managing projects and staff through all phases of document preparation and construction administration. As a Senior Project Manager, his design experience includes lateral design of structural systems, distribution of vertical gravity loads, 3-D modeling, building code upgrades and evaluations for existing buildings, seismic retrofits, extensive remodels, and the use of economical building structural materials. He has designed with a variety of material including masonry, hot rolled and cold formed steel, concrete, and heavy and light wood framing.
